Crodarossa Leather High GTX

Crodarossa Leather High GTX is the latest entry in the Crodarossa range: a range of stylish and high-performance technical footwear. 

This is an innovative and highly versatile shoe, suitable for approach, Via Ferrata and more challenging hikes. Its original design references the distinctive Dolomite peaks and its construction is designed to ensure comfort and high performance in all conditions. 
The upper is crafted from suede leather certified by the LWG (Leather Working Group), with a soft, contrasting collar made from recycled material, designed to offer lasting comfort. The original “Dolomite wrapping system” fastening, which features a collar and elastic tongue, wraps around the instep and ankle, guaranteeing the wearer a sense of comfort and protection.

The sole of the Crodarossa Leather High GTX has been designed to ensure an all-round fit to the wearer’s foot, offering comfort, stability and traction. Both the midsole, made with 20% recycled EVA, and the sole feature an intentionally asymmetrical design and have been designed with the different phases of the gait cycle in mind. The heel area is crafted from softer EVA, for enhanced cushioning. The front, which also features a climbing zone, is more rigid, for greater precision and stability. 

The outsole, made with a Vibram® Megagrip compound, features an original two-tone colourway, which maps out the functional areas. The front has been designed to offer traction on any terrain, while the rear ensures grip and support to prevent slipping when going downhill.  The GORE-TEX membrane ensures waterproofing and breathability.
